Introducing Cercon^® ht Full Contour Zirconia!

Cercon^® ht zirconia is the next generation of Cercon technology brought to you by DENTSPLY Prosthetics.  Developed from the clinically proven formula for Cercon base yttria-stabilized zirconia material, Cercon ht provides outstanding strength and esthetics ideal for full contour restorations.

The monolithic crowns and bridges milled with Cercon ht full contour zirconia are 26% more translucent than traditional zirconia material and require no porcelain build-up.  Simply stain, glaze and return to the customer.  Due to the material's high strength, very thin crowns and bridges can be created which means that more of the patient's natural tooth can be preserved.  When opposing natural dentition, Cercon ht is less abrasive as compared to PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal) restorations and the leading lithium discilicate.  In addition to full contour applications, Cercon ht zirconia has excellent veneering characteristics.  For veneering porcelains, we recommend Cercon^® PFZ or Cercon^® ceram Kiss.  The higher translucency zirconia material also results in improved esthetics for substructures. With 10 years of clinical history and over 6 million dental units placed, Cercon zirconia provides confidence in material performance.

Cercon ht is available through Compartis^® centralized manufacturing services or in 47mm blanks for Cercon^® brain owners or 15, 20, 25 and 30mm disks for Cercon^® brain expert owners.

The Cercon ht Stain and Glaze Kit is recommended for staining new Cercon ht full contour zirconia restorations.  This kit was specifically designed for Cercon ht full contour zirconia restorations and allows you to achieve 16 custom shades keyed to the Vita^®* Classical Shade Guide.
